Job Purpose

To respond to telephone and online queries from clients; provide service, fulfill clients’ needs and the granting of Global One (Save, Transact, Insure, Credit), and achieve targets.

Qualifications (Minimum):

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business Management

Experience:

• This role is deemed to be appropriate for a matriculate without previous experience.
• 1 – 2 years of telemarketing experience, preferably in sales
• Call center experience
• In a sales/credit/fraud environment
• Of (Or) working in a Capitec Bank branch
