A temporary vacancy exists at Bram Fischer International Airport for a Car Park Attendant within the Operations Management division.
Key Performance Output
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Operations Coordinator, and will be responsible but not limited to the following:
- Conduct Airport Service Quality Surveys.
- Inspection of Car Park areas to monitor functionality and cleanliness of car park area and equipment and report non-compliance.
- Follow up on all reported non-compliance to ensure remedial action has been taken.
- Notify relevant Line Manager in case of emergencies occurrences.
- Participate in ad hoc services as and when required.
- Investigation of customer related queries and escalate as and when required.
- Coordinate people and vehicle movement on the landside service road and public pavements during peak hours
- Adhere to relevant statutory/legislative regulations, SOP’s, operational standards, policies, and practices.
Technical Skills and Experience
The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required:
- Grade 12 National Senior Certificate is essential.
- 1 year Car Park Attendant operational experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
