Salary: R14,116.71 – R19,056.66

JOB PURPOSE: To maintain parks facilities, playground equipment and buildings of JCPZ.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: 

• Complete own worksheet and follow checklist Installation of bins and benches within JCPZ parks.
• Repairing of palisade and colonial fencing.
• Welding and fencing.
• Repairing of damaged walls.
• Repairing of damaged paving.
• Manufacturing of concrete main whole covers.
• Clean work area of specifications.
• Relay messages between operations.
• Assess condition of work. 
• Work according to checklist.
• Clean working tools.
• Put all equipment in designated areas.
• Report all deviations, incident & hazardous conditions.
• Ensure PPE compliance.
• Attend daily, weekly and monthly staff meeting.
• Utilize specific tools and equipment.
• Participate in personal development plan formulation.
• Follow personal development plan. 
• Follow structured reading list and/or development initiatives.
• Seek new ideas and work procedures to exceed expectations.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Grade 10 
• Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in artisan field
• English Proficiency.
