Invoicing & Debtors Clerk – George – Western Cape
My client, a printing company, is looking for a Debtors Clerk
Duties:
- Work on Pastel Partner and Quick Easy (NB)
- Making follow-up calls to debtors and creditors
- Must have worked in the manufacturing industry
- Keeping records of payments and outstanding debts
- Identifying which accounts are overdue and managing collections
- Contacting companies or people owing money and helping them with legal problems
- Reporting back to management on the status of debts and collections
- Scope of the invoicing is in excess of R40 million, must be able to handle a similar workload

Skills:
- Pastel / Quick Easy knowledge
- Invoicing (NB)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent data entry and numerical accuracy
