•  Grade 10 or equivalent. 
• Inherent requirements of the job: 
• A valid driver’s license (Code B/EB) and valid PDP. 

Competencies (knowledge/skills): 

• Be conversant with the requirements of the Machinery and Occupational Health and Safety Act. 
• Willingness to work after hours and perform standby duties.

Duties: 

Ensure that vehicles, stock, and documentation about the workshop are timeously transported, delivered, and documented. Perform and assist with administrative functions for the component. Performing standby after hours when required. 

Ensure accurate updates of Logbooks and trip authorities for each trip of the workshop fleet. Report any problems or deficiencies regarding vehicles of the workshop fleet to the supervisor.
