QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or a similar role
- Exceptional administration and multi-tasking skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail with perfect accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executing orders
- Checking orders for data accuracy
- Booking EDI orders
- Communicating with the customer Managers
- Loading of Deals
- Pricing claims full function (escalating, investigating, and assisting)
- Organizing, collecting, and filing credit notes
- Ad hoc request from the manager.
