Fuchs Lubricants, a leading global manufacturer of lubricants, is looking for Filling Operators to join their team in Johannesburg. As a Filling Operator, you will be responsible for decanting and filling products, packing finished products, receiving raw and packaging materials, and ensuring the quality of products produced. You will also be required to work shifts and late hours as needed
Your Areas Of Responsibility:
- Decanting and filling products and pack finished products per work instruction.
- Filling finished products from mixing tanks into different pack sizes and attaching labels accordingly.
- Extract QC samples for testing by Laboratory to ensure compliance to quality standards and specifications.
- Carrying out filling activities, monitor filling equipment and report any repair needs to a Supervisor.
- Receiving raw and packaging materials and ensuring safe storage.
- Cleaning bulk bins, filters and strainers and generally maintaining a good housekeeping in the filling area.

Qualifications we are looking for:
- A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
- Be able to read, understand and perform work instructions.
- Previous experience in the chemical / lubricant industry preferred.
- Willing and prepared to work shifts / late hours as and when need arise.
