Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare project plans. Assist with assessing client governance environment against King IV principles and other best practice standards. Understanding and assessing client annual disclosures against JSE Listing Requirements. Ensure that all client deliverables and correspondence are saved in client files and on server.
Attending client meetings and ensuring minutes are taken when required. Assisting with administrative tasks of certain client engagements. Thought leadership and research on emerging concepts within the Governance industry.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum 3 year post matric qualification in Governance or equivalent.
- Technical expertise in good governance
- Strong MS Office skills
- Understanding and knowledge of laws relating to good governance e.g. King IV; PFMA, Companies Act
- Excellent command of the English language
- Attention to detail
