Purpose Statement
To execute the client account opening process (client onboarding) for Business Bank clients, focusing on sustainable value, optimal productivity, and end-to-end customer satisfaction.

Minimum Experience:
- 2+ years of administration/processing experience preferably in retail banking
- 1 – 2 years of electronic banking and credit card experience
Requirements(Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
Minimum (Knowledge):
- Knowledge and understanding of document processing and management principles
- Understanding of the concepts of client service and efficiencies
- Working in an environment of repetitive tasks
Ideal:
- Knowledge of Business Bank products and services
- System and reporting knowledge: BaNCS, BaNCSConnect, Debit Card (Postilian), Credit Card Prime & On-line systems, Footprints, Ghost Conveyor system, CIPRO, ITC/ Transunion, ODS reports
