Minimum Required Qualification:

• Relevant experience in a railway environment.
• Grade 12 with mathematics (Non mathematics literacy) and science above 40% or N3 certificate with mathematics and engineering science.
• The Appointee should:
• Valid driver’s licence (if applicable)
• Clear security screening record
• Medically fit to work in the specific business area

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates an understanding of the programme objectives and associated tasks
• Complete all modules of the development programme with the specified timeframe
• Escalate queries and concerns associated with the programme and completion thereof where required
• Edhere to all company policies and procesdures
• Adhere to all legal and safety requirements
• Conduct all work according to the required standard specifications,and training
• Attend she meetings as and when required
• Recognize hazardous situations that have an impact on all jobs and participate in “on the job” risk assessment
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
